Web Design or Content Management Queries:  The fastest and most reliable method of solving any of your web design queries is to email us directly explaining specifically the problem you are having.  If it is in business hours we will contact you via phone or email to inform you that the problem has been solved or explain how to avoid it in the future.  Alternately if you would like 24 / 7 Support from our website platform provider with an average response of 10 minutes you can simply log a 'Support Ticket' located in the Website Management toolbar located at the top of your web page once you are logged in as an administrator.

 

1 to 1 Student Laptop Tech Support:  All student laptop issues must be logged by your school administrator by filling out or service ticket form located here.   TechZoo will come and collect the PC from the school and in most cases have it serviced and returned within 3 days.  If the unit has a physical hardware fault and needs to be returned to the manufacturer under warranty this will generally take longer to fix and is done at their discretion.  TechZoo will log the fault and inform you as to when it is expected to be returned to you.  In most cases the school will supply you with an interim unit for use in the classroom only until yout laptop is returned.

Please note the TechZoo on site support agreement only operates during school terms to the school itself . We are available to solve issues that arise during school holidays at home if necessary however this will incur a flat rate $40 fee for pick up, repair and return of the unit.

TechZoo take no responsibility for loss of personal data when servicing or repairing student computers.  If students follow the correct backup and saving procedures this should not pose a problem in most cases.
